The Jesus Experience

As you all know, the museum project in Israel has been postponed due to the ongoing war, but The Jesus Experience project has recently found a new way forward that has great potential for accomplishing and providing something truly remarkable.

We hesitate to say too much until we have something solid to report, but there is a potential option in the USA. We presented an original idea to a company and in turn they asked us to present some budget numbers and to demonstrate our ability to fund this project. Because of the potential for a recurring revenue stream, we are planning to create a "for-profit" entity that will pay investors a return from this project. The Jesus Experience could support other projects for CFU and provide investors a nice return on their funds.

Initially, we need $50,000 to $100,000 to commit to this project and start creating it. The company we are working with estimates the total expense to be $10-12 million to bring it into service. The reach will be global, the spiritual impact will be huge for our mission, and the financial benefits will be rewarding for the investors who make it possible. CFU Needs You!

The world of technology has opened the door to exponential, almost unlimited, creativity that can be used to serve this revelation and the spiritual needs of the people of this world. There is just so much opportunity for sharing the teachings of The Urantia Book generated from this. AI is not going to replace people but it has given all of us a new superpower of creativity.

We have a growing need for administrative and organizational help. Of course, creative project leaders are always needed but we could use some help on the administrative side of the organization too. If you have the business and organizational skills and desire to serve in this way, just let us know. If you are a young person needing to build your resume with leadership experience, this is a great opportunity to serve others and yourself.

If you know a younger person who wants to get into the AI realm and learn to put their creativity into action, you won't find a better teacher than Gabriel Rymberg or a better place to do something worthwhile than CFU.

We need a person with business and management experience to help us create the "for-profit" entity mentioned for the film project and The Jesus Experience. Imagine The Divine Within Films or The Jesus Experience as your legacy project. We need a treasurer for the Board of WMOJ/CFU. What Do You Think?

An interesting idea was proposed to us recently that we would like to ask your advice and discover your interest. We are considering this project as a "Legacy Gift."

Many of us have family or friends that have no interest in The Urantia Book for various reasons. We have tried to share it with them but with little success.

Many of us have also seen or even experienced the regret that some family or friends have after the "Urantia" person in their life graduates from this world. They often say, "Oh how I wish I had listened when they tried to share The Urantia Book with me."

Well, what if, we offered to create a "Legacy Gift" where anyone who includes CFU in their estate planning can have personalized copies of The Urantia Book and a personal letter from them, sent to a list of family or friends after their mortal departure?

Some Day A Reformation

"Some day a reformation in the Christian church may strike deep enough to get back to the unadulterated religious teachings of Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith."

For the past couple of years, we have been paying $25 a month for GMASS which is a mass mailing program from Google Gmail. We purchased an email list of all the churches in the USA, which is about 380,000 churches.

Using GMASS, we have been sending 50-75 emails a day directly to those churches. We changed the message trying to find what would click with these pastors and preachers, what would catch their attention and interest. We featured DiscoverJesus.com and suggested appropriate essays based upon holidays, etc.

While the open rate was consistently nearly 100% the click rate was normally 0.5% to 0.6%, which is pretty bad. We decided to terminate this effort and save the $25 per month. In a last-ditch effort, we sent the link to Urantia Book Tutor, plainly labeled as the Urantia Book Tutor with the subject line "Using AI to share the life and teachings of Jesus." This generated a click rate of 5-6% which is considered to be very good. We saw a corresponding increase in use of the Tutor.

Perhaps our Urantia Book Tutor can be a seed that begins the "reformation in the Christian Church" that helps them to discover the unadulterated teachings of Jesus. This is an example of your donation dollars at work.
