Living Stones in God’s Temple

Living Stones in God’s Temple

.

“Those who ... become self-conscious sons of God are the human stones which constitute this living temple of sonship erecting to the glory and honor of the wisdom and love of the eternal Father of spirits.” 157:4.7 (1747.5)

To become a self-conscious son or daughter of God is to step into the greatest reality of existence: knowing who you truly are in His eternal family. This awareness transforms life from a mere earthly journey into a sacred mission. We are not isolated believers; we are living stones—chosen, shaped, and set into place by the Master Builder Himself.

In this divine architecture, every “stone” has its purpose. Together, we form a living temple that reflects the wisdom, love, and glory of the Eternal Father. Our unity is not uniformity but harmony—each unique life contributing to the beauty and strength of God’s great design. We are built not for our own recognition, but for His everlasting glory.

This temple is not confined to any physical place; it exists wherever God’s children live in faith, love, and service. As we grow in spiritual maturity, we fit more perfectly into our place in His plan, radiating the light of the Kingdom into the world.
